Paradox Interactive has announced an interesting strategy game called A Game of Dwarves that’s headed to the PlayStation Network. The player will take control of a settlement of dwarves and have them dig, build and conduct research for the benefit of the clan, all while defending themselves from the beasts they will encounter as they explore the earth.
The game will randomly generate a map at the beginning of each level, forcing the player to change tactics and to keep the gameplay from becoming stale. Over time, your dwarves will become better assets to the clan as they level up and gain new skills. Some of them will become powerful warriors, while others will become master craftsmen.
A Game of Dwarves is being developed by Zeal Game Studios and no official release date has been confirmed, but we’ll keep you updated on that.
